Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Rules for using the airmot.net website and the AirMot web application.

1. General

By using the airmot.net website or registering an account in the app.airmot.net application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Registration and account

Access to the network editor and calculations requires registration with an email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

One account is intended for one user; the information you provide at registration must be accurate.

3. Pricing and payment

Billing is based on network calculations (POST /calculate), not the number of projects. Networks with a node count at or below the free threshold are calculated without a subscription. Above the threshold, an active subscription with a positive calculation balance is required.

As of publication, automatic payment is not connected: paid plans are currently granted manually by an administrator on request. Prices on the Pricing page are editable values — check with support for the current price.

4. Content ownership

All data in your projects (network geometry, notes, uploaded plan images) remains your property. AirMot uses this data solely to provide the service to you and does not claim any rights to it.

You confirm that you hold the rights to any files you upload (floor plans, .fan files) and that their use does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

5. Usage restrictions

You may not:

6. Service availability

AirMot is developed as a self-hosted product on its own infrastructure and is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Technical downtime for maintenance and updates is possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Hydraulic calculation results produced by AirMot are an engineering aid, not a substitute for professional review and code compliance checks. You are responsible for verifying and applying the results in real projects.

AirMot is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use, or inability to use, the service.

8. Termination of access

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version is always available on this page.

10. Contact
